A Jeroo named pat is hosting a party for the other jeroos
on the island. A jeroo party will be a huge success when the
number of flowers on the island is between 20 and 45, inclusive.
Unless it is the weekend, in which case there is no upper bound
on the number of flowers. Implement the following method so that
pat will hop (for joy) if the party with the given values will
be a huge success, or stay still otherwise.
